Overview
WangFuk manufactures custom crest challenge coins — a wreath/crest face shown here in antique, copper, gold, silver, and pewter colorways from one mold family. Built in Dongguan for clubs, events, and brand programs. Pricing on request.
Materials
- Zinc alloy die-cast cores (typical for detailed crest relief)
- Optional brass or iron for selected constructions
- Soft or hard enamel fills where color blocks are required
Processes / Finishes
- Die casting of the crest and wreath relief
- Trimming, polishing, and edge clean-up
- Electroplating: antique, copper, gold, silver, pewter tones
- Optional soft/hard enamel in recessed areas
- Epoxy dome or clear coat when a sealed face is specified
Typical size / use
- Common challenge-coin diameters roughly 40–60 mm (confirm per artwork)
- Commemorative / unit / club giveaways — not board-game currency
- Artwork: AI / PDF / CDR preferred; physical sample welcome

Quality, MOQ & Lead Time
First orders of 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Small quantity welcome.
Tooling: about 7–10 days. Sampling: about 7–10 days after artwork approval.
Mass production: about 15–20 days after sample approval. Larger runs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need 30–45 days.
- QC: visual inspection before packing; dimensional / finish checks as required; third-party lab tests on request
- Shipment: air, ocean, or courier after production approval
