What is the typical MOQ?
Flexible MOQ. For many gift-style metal parts (coins, medals, pins, keychains), first orders of about 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Bag hardware (buckles, locks, buttons) often starts from about 100 pcs per SKU. Final MOQ is confirmed per design, process, and finish.
How long do samples and tooling take?
Tooling is typically about 7–10 days. Sampling is typically about 7–10 days after tooling is ready (or after artwork approval when tooling timing is quoted that way). Rush tooling may be possible when the schedule allows.
How long is mass production?
About 15–20 days after sample approval for many runs. Larger or multi-SKU programs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need about 30–45 days. Peak season and Chinese New Year can add time.
Do you publish unit prices online?
No. WangFuk is quote-only. We price after reviewing your artwork, material, finish, quantity, and destination. There are no public catalog unit prices.
What drawings or files should I send?
Send STEP, AI, PDF, CDR, or other clear drawings, plus photos or a physical sample if you have one. Include size, material, finish, quantity, and destination country. Use the Contact form or email roy@wangfuk.com.
Can you make board game components?
Yes. We manufacture custom metal board-game components — tokens, coins, dice, markers, and miniatures — with plating and enamel options. See Custom Board Game Components.
Do you offer lead and nickel lab testing?
Yes. We publish real STC sample reports for EN71-3 soluble lead, ASTM F963-23 total lead, and REACH nickel release on our Lab Tests page. The applicant named on those certificates is Dongguan Aosheng Gifts (same Chang-an Dongguan factory). Additional destination-market tests can be arranged with your RFQ. These are product/material sample tests — not factory ISO/BSCI audit certificates.
What plating and finishes are available?
Common options include gold, silver, nickel, copper, chrome, rose gold, antique, and dual-tone plating, plus soft/hard enamel, silk-screen, UV print, and epoxy dome. Pantone matching is confirmed on samples where the process allows.
Do you support Kickstarter or small-batch programs?
Yes. We run flexible small-batch and OEM / ODM programs suitable for publishers, brands, and crowdfunding-style orders. MOQ and timing are confirmed per design. We do not claim an exclusive Kickstarter partnership.
How do shipping and export work?
We ship by express courier or sea freight. Common terms: EXW Dongguan, FOB Shenzhen, FOB Hong Kong, or door-to-door — specify the Incoterm on your inquiry. Export contracts are issued by WangFuk Industrial Corporation Limited (Hong Kong).
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we manufacture to your design and branding. ODM means we can help develop or adapt a design based on your brief, then produce it. Both paths include sampling before mass production. Details are on Custom OEM / ODM.
