How an OEM project works
- Share your brief — drawings (AI / PDF / CDR / 3D), photos, or physical samples, plus target quantity, material, and finish.
- Engineering & quote — we recommend process (die cast, stamp, enamel, plating, etc.), tooling scope, unit price, and sample lead time.
- Sample approval — pre-production sample for fit, color, and function before mass production.
- Mass production & shipment — QC, packing, and air / ocean / courier delivery after your release.

OEM / made to order
WangFuk is an OEM / ODM factory. We do not sell ready-made stock. Production starts from your artwork or reference sample.
MOQ & lead time
Gift items (coins, medals, pins, keychains): first orders of 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Small quantity welcome.
Bag hardware (buckles, locks, buttons): first orders from 100 pcs per SKU. Small quantity welcome.
Tooling: about 7–10 days. Sampling: about 7–10 days after artwork approval.
Mass production: about 15–20 days after sample approval. Larger runs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need 30–45 days.
Rush tooling is available when the schedule allows. Peak season and Chinese New Year can add time.
Tooling & samples
Mold and sample charges are quoted separately and vary by product.
Payment
T/T or L/C. Other methods by agreement.
Shipping
Express courier or sea freight.
Terms: EXW Dongguan, FOB Shenzhen, FOB Hong Kong, or door-to-door — specify the term on your inquiry.

Compliance
FSC Chain of Custody is held by AOSUN METALLIC & PLASTIC PRODUCTS MANUFACTORY for eligible paper packaging (paper sacks/bags, cardboard and corrugated packaging, labels, manuals, and hang tags; FSC Mix / FSC Recycled). Available on request. Metal parts are not covered by this certificate.
