WangFuk is a quote-only OEM / ODM metal manufacturer in Chang-an, Dongguan (since 2000). Quality control runs with production — from incoming materials through dimensions, plating and enamel appearance, assembly, final inspection, and export packing — so parts leave the factory matched to the approved sample.
What we publish. Typical commercial timing on site: flexible MOQ (often ~50 pcs for many gift-style parts), samples about 7–10 days after tooling, mass production about 15–20 days after sample approval. Incoming material check
Before a run starts, we check base materials and bought-in parts against the job brief: alloy / stock type, size, and obvious surface defects. Plating salts, enamel paints, and packaging materials are verified for the current order so color and finish match the approved sample.
In-process checks
- Dimensions & tolerance — Critical sizes from the drawing or approved sample are checked during casting, stamping, and machining so mould wear or process drift is caught early.
- Plating & enamel appearance — Color, coverage, and surface defects (pits, burns, uneven fill) are reviewed on the plating and enamel lines against Pantone or sample boards where specified.
- Assembly — Rings, magnets, ribbons, locks, and other fittings are checked for fit and function before packing.
Final inspection
Before release, finished goods are inspected against the approved sample: appearance, critical dimensions, plating/enamel quality, and assembly function. In-house checks available by project include salt spray, pull, drop, aging, and transport-style tests (see our Factory equipment notes). Destination-market lab tests (for example lead or nickel) are arranged when your RFQ requires them — published STC sample reports are on Lab Tests.
Packing & export
Parts are packed to the agreed method (OPP bags, cards, gift boxes, set bags, and export cartons). We can provide in-process and pre-shipment photos on request. Shipping is quote-based — typical terms include EXW Dongguan, FOB Shenzhen, FOB Hong Kong, or door-to-door courier / sea freight.
