WangFuk manufactures custom metal miniatures and game figures — board-game characters, chess-style pieces, and tabletop miniatures with die-cast detail and antique or bright plating. Sample family AS-013 (棋子公仔) shown; additional silhouettes via OEM. Pricing on request.
Materials
- Zinc alloy die-cast miniature bodies
- Optional paint / enamel accents on faces and gear
- Felt or rubber pads for freestanding bases when needed

- 3D tooling from STL/STEP or sculpted masters
- Die casting, de-gating, and fine detail cleanup
- Antique plating, bright plate, or selective multi-color paint
- Optional clear coat for handling resistance

Quality, MOQ & Lead Time
First orders of 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Small quantity welcome.
Tooling: about 7–10 days. Sampling: about 7–10 days after artwork approval.
Mass production: about 15–20 days after sample approval. Larger runs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need 30–45 days.
- QC: visual inspection before packing; dimensional / finish checks as required; third-party lab tests on request
- Shipment: air, ocean, or courier after production approval
