Processes and finishes
Most programs use zinc alloy die casting for 2D/3D faces, then plating (gold, silver, nickel, antique, gunmetal) and enamel fill. Soft enamel keeps recessed color cells; hard enamel is polished flush for a premium face. Optional epoxy dome, split rings, and lobster clasps are available.
How to inquire
Send AI/PDF artwork, size in mm, plating and enamel preference, quantity, and destination. Pricing is on request — we quote tooling and unit cost, not a fixed web price. Typical first orders often start around 50–100 pcs per SKU (confirm per design). Tooling about 7–10 days; sampling about 7–10 days after tooling; bulk about 15–20 days after sample approval.
