WangFuk manufactures custom bimetal challenge coins — two-tone constructions (example “50” motif) offered in polished and matte colorways. Ideal when you need a contrasting ring and center without a full enamel map. Pricing on request.
Materials
- Zinc alloy outer ring + center insert (typical bimetal look)
- Alternative brass / iron combinations on quote
- Optional enamel accents on numerals or icons
Processes / Finishes
- Separate tooling or insert assembly for ring vs. center
- Independent plating of each metal area (polished vs. matte contrast)
- Press-fit or bonded assembly after plating
- Edge finishing and optional antique wash

- Challenge-coin diameter range commonly ~40–55 mm
- Anniversary, membership, or milestone coins needing two-tone contrast
- Confirm ring/center thickness at sampling for hand-feel

Quality, MOQ & Lead Time
First orders of 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Small quantity welcome.
Tooling: about 7–10 days. Sampling: about 7–10 days after artwork approval.
Mass production: about 15–20 days after sample approval. Larger runs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need 30–45 days.
- QC: visual inspection before packing; dimensional / finish checks as required; third-party lab tests on request
- Shipment: air, ocean, or courier after production approval
