Overview

WangFuk manufactures custom metal nameplates and labels — etched, stamped, or enamel ID plates for equipment, awards, and product branding. Pricing on request.

Materials

• Aluminum, brass, stainless, or zinc alloy plates
• Optional adhesive backing or screw / rivet holes
• Enamel or epoxy fills for color legends

Processes / Finishes

• Etching, stamping, or CNC engraving of text / logos
• Anodizing, plating, or brushed metal finishes
• Color fill and clear coat for wear resistance
• Hole punching / adhesive lamination for install

• Plates from small asset tags (~10×20 mm) to door plaques

Customization options

Quality, MOQ & Lead Time

First orders of 50–100 pcs per design are acceptable. Small quantity welcome.
Tooling: about 7–10 days. Sampling: about 7–10 days after artwork approval.
Mass production: about 15–20 days after sample approval. Larger runs (for example 10K–100K pcs) typically need 30–45 days.

• QC: visual inspection before packing; dimensional / finish checks as required; third-party lab tests on request
• Shipment: air, ocean, or courier after production approval

Send artwork or a reference photo, size, material, finish, quantity, destination country, and preferred Incoterm (EXW Dongguan / FOB Shenzhen / FOB Hong Kong / door-to-door). We reply with tooling and unit pricing.
