Die casting and stamping are both core processes in our Dongguan factory. They are not interchangeable.
Die casting
Best for 3D shapes, thick sections, and detailed logos on keychains, coins, buckles, and figurines. Requires a cavity mold. Higher tooling than simple stamps, strong for branded gifts.
Stamping
Best for flatter parts, nameplates, labels, and some badges. Faster for certain geometries; detail depends on die design and thickness.
Hybrid programs
Many OEM projects mix both: a die-cast face with stamped backing plates or hardware. Share the functional requirement (thickness, weight, latch, belt width) so we recommend the process before tooling.
