Most custom metal gifts from Dongguan start as zinc alloy die casting: molten alloy fills a steel mold, cools, then gets trimmed, polished, plated, and optionally enameled.

WangFuk runs tooling, die casting, stamping, plating, enamel, assembly, and packing under one roof in Chang-an, Dongguan. That shortens feedback loops from sample to mass production.
Artwork tips
Prefer vector AI/PDF/CDR. Call out minimum line width, recessed vs raised logos, and belt-bar or split-ring hardware. For complex 3D, a physical sample or STEP file helps.
